This subdivision consists of 118 lots (#900-1018) that were brought on the market in January of 2008. Asturias is located to the northwest of Mount Picacho, with unique views of Mount Picacho, rolling hills, green belt and Pacific Ocean views. The temperature can range from as low as 18°C (65°F) to a high of around 25°C (77°F).
Asturias is located on the private road to El Valle de Anton, along the drive you have views of Santa Clara Falls, the river Maria and several of its streams. Asturias has two sections, North Asturias and South Asturias. It's divided at the intersection of three streams and we call it "Quebrada Macha". North Asturias is between 900mt to 1000mt above sea level and South Asturias is located at 750mt to 850mt above seal level.
