This subdivision that consists of 88 lots (#1-88), this area is the highest in our development at between 1050-1100 meters (3100-3300 ft) above sea level, with lush rainforest foliage all around the area. The temperature can range from as low as 18°C (65°F) to a high of around 25°C (77°F).
In La Rioca, It is easy to notice how nature has blessed the area. There are several beautiful spots: the Monte Azul trail and lookout point, La Rioca lookout point, La Rana Dorada park, and Virginia falls.
Every lot within the subdivision is like an individual nature reserve; residents of this area agree to only remove up to 25% of the mature trees on their lots. The lots range in size from 1,000 – 4,900 square meters (10,700 – 52,430 square feet).
